If Darul kufur started after 300 Hijri then from which dalil they are not considered as Muslim ruler . Like al mutawakkil and after 301 hijri or 400 Hijri how these lands considered Darul kufur. Today's thing is clear because people's don't rule by shari'a but at that time which was the reason to not considered them Muslim after 300 Hijri.

All praise be to Allah and then,
1. Studying those topics isn't kufr except if there is kufr in them and you believe in it,like monkeys evolution theory .
2. In 330 hijri, Shia buwayhi came to Baghdad, while the Shia ubeidi fatimi were in the west even before. It depends on the kings of those times. The 4th hijri century is all to leave, except for those we have known very well, like tabari, who died 310 hijry he's a high-ranking scholar, and he doesn't teach sthg opposit to sunna and jamaa .we judge on the base of the rulers' religion. Shia imamis are kuffar.
3. Books of dahiri madhab doesn't really exist in 3 first centuries, denying kiyass in rulings (الأحكام الشرعية) is wrong, kiyassis forbidden when we have texts from quran and sunnah with consensus about their meaning. Kiyass that is opposit to consensus is wrong. When we have no text from quran and sunnah and no consensus, kiyass is obligatory. ibn hazm is kafir for other reasons added to his rulers kufr, he said astray thing in attributes . So daoud ibn Ali wasn't kafir but wrong, while ibn hazm is kafir.
Jamaat Al Muslimeen doesn't need to know every person, case and date.
That is a nation which has passed on. It will have [the consequence of] what it earned, and you will have what you have earned. And you will not be asked about what they used to do.
